This week's radio segments; guest hosting The Jim Rome Show today

Quick note for today: I will be guest hosting The Jim Rome Show today, from 12-3 ET.

Yesterday I joined The Sports Reporters' Steve Czaban and Andy Pollin in the normal timeslot (5:25 ET on Wednesday's). Click the permalink, then the link below, to listen to the segment from this week.  In it, we discussed today's upcoming changes to the NCAA tournament, including the 'First Four,' which includes 8 teams, Tiger Woods and his change of putters, and various other topics.

Also, I joined The Gas Man show on Wednesday evening in my normal 8:25 ET spot. This week we discussed Paul Goydos and his 59, why shooting that number is so elusive, and Navy football.

Listened to the Jim Rome Show. Mr. Feinstein hit on almost all his familiar themes. Tiger, NCAA, Goydos, Ernie. Heard the word 'buddy' a lot. And as always a fair amount of 'bashing' for those not in "John's Circle of Trust',

Where I agree, George Steinbrenner was a fantastic Owner of the New York Yankees. I'm pleased that he's getting more praise than disdain. Not everyone in Sports is a good or nice guy. Mr. Steinbrenner was very ruthless and I like to see Men with "Edge' get their due..

I'm not a Yankee Fan.. but 7 World Series rings as Owner is quite a record. He will be missed

John,
I have been a longtime fan of your work and enjoy listening to and reading your thoughts spanning the sports landscape. Great job filling in for Van Smack on Thursday! Loved hearing the sound byte of your then 4 year old daughter banging on the drums!!
